Campaign finance law requires us to collect your name, address, occupation, and employer for all contributions.

An email address is required only to provide you with a donation receipt.
Phone numbers are optional.
You will not receive campaign updates via email unless you choose to check the opt-in box for communications.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required for campaign finance reporting.

We use Anedot to securely process contributions. Anedot does not sell your data — their only role is to handle payment processing.

 

This is entirely different from third-party voter registration sites, which exist alongside official state portals and are designed to harvest voter data for political purposes.

Our donation platform is about legal compliance and transparency, not data mining.

Contribution Rules

-I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

-This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

-I am at least eighteen years old.

-I am not a federal contractor.

-I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible

State Election law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle.
